Pre-Licensing Courses

Getting Your Real Estate License

Complete 60 hours of Pre-licensing fundamentals. Excel offers two 30-hour segments, Pre-license A and B, available during days and weekends.

 

You may start with either A or B and finish in as little as two weeks. The last day of each Part A and Part B class will have a final exam.

Select one Pre-licensing A and one Pre-licensing B.

Continuing Education

Continuing Education Requirements

Affiliate Brokers

16 hours of approved education every two years to renew the license. The 6-hour Core Course is part of this requirement.

​

Brokers

120 additional hours within three years of becoming a Broker. Then, 16 hours every two years thereafter.

 

EXCEL offers a variety of home study courses to meet these requirements.
